Many fascinating things in this book such as the brain uses 20% of the energy of the body, vision uses 50% of brain consumed energy and how exercising improves brain capabilities :
Imaging studies have shown that exercises literally increases blood volume in a region of the brain called the dentate gyrus (…) a vital constitutent of the hippocampus, a region deeply involved in memory formation.
A great and fun read, strongly recommended by Scott Berkun on his blog, a one we could not therefore miss.
